certainly pretty sure they have foreseen what will happen so they have done some precautionary actions to prevent what will happen in the future since ethereum is more stable i am more confident to the tombola project that it will make it.

Ethereum is still not stable, in a few months there will be a significant price change. For tombola it's good and very reliable, of course.

Thinking TBL will be the next Bitcoin is far away from just ambitious... I think it is a very good investment, but we must stay on planet earth an be realistic. The projects is still in its conception.. but seems promising.. team already got 4 games and keep on with development... and also a huge community is supporting it.. i can see a x50 in few years, but dont expect a x10000000000000 (This nonsense ROIs wont be seen again in the cryptomarket) like bitcoin!

In some point that is really true and I totally agreed to what you have said! Now that tombola uses Ethereum platform as mode of their transaction it will definitely attracts many investors.

Could this plan exist without tokens / coins? Why is token / coin inseparable from solution? I get that blockchain technology has a goal here but I'm challenged to see why the market for this token / coin will grow and why consumers will pay for it. Also, will commercial / industrial users buy and use the same token / coins offered to ICO participants or will Skynet license their blockchain technology to some people while finding issues for token / coin solutions for consumers / retail markets?

The distribution models u refer to come down to one thing: let someone in and cement the exit. U get in, like it and dance around but then u wanna out and u see exit is not there. U get trapped disemboweled and trafficked to africa. This is how distribution enslaves ur physical and mental shell. U owe me appreciation for what I just told u. well said ETH is more convenient through a transaction. the developer might see the advantage of ETH than EOS. good luck to ist developer few hours from now Ico will end.
