I have a 5 bedroom home in the united states. The entire upstairs used to be rented out since is has a bathroom, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. I would be interested in renting it out and would like a breakdown on how that would take place.

For the moment if your interested in the project you can hang out in our discord and monitor progress. I'm hoping to have the main app up and running with a crop of initial locations by next summer so I can go on what I call the MegaTOUR. I'm hoping to circumnavigate the whole world going from TOURIVA location to location all on camera to put on youtube. The operators of those locations are going to get handsome amounts of TOUR and exposure for their location.
When things are ready the experience of listing will be similar to AirBnB, you just put the details of the location your offering on the app and hopefully start recieving guests. You can then either hoard the TOUR and build masternodes or you can exchange it for fiat and cash out, that's your choice.
Hopefully the age of the chain will support our claim to being a geniune project and not some scam! Certainly if this was a scam it would have to be some sort of record holder for the longest slowest scam in history.

For me, the age of the chain does the exact opposite. It makes it look LIKE a scam, because who has all those coins if you just announced it? You have a mil coins yourself now? Do you have 371 mn? Nobody else is posting here, etc.
I'm interested in pow, but I didn't mine this because it's already nearly a year old and not on any exchanges, with today being the first announcement. Looks sketchy to me. Not looking for another coin to waste my time mining for it to just be dumped by the devs.

Your ann also has no links to anything but your website. No wallet, no block explorer, etc. No mention of pools. Very little content. Your website is basically the same, but at least has a block explorer and wallet link. It's almost like you don't even want miners to mine it.

Most crypto scams don't make sense, so your "slowest scam in history" point is moot. "Touriva is entirely funded by donation" and "I don't take any money for this project" don't work well together. If I donate to the project, you take the money, right? It goes to your pocket, right? Sure you might invest it into the network, but you're benefitting from that too. Ultimately using someone else's money for your (and hopefully our) gain. Is that not taking money and profit?

If your just looking to earn a bit of quick fiat currency there are many options online right now for you to do so, you can just list your accomodation option on AirBnB or Booking.com. Either option is safe, simple and .... boring.

Later on in the development of the system I hope to obtain a tourism licence here in Dubai, and armed with that I will be able to send paying customers from here to stay in accomodation options around the world. If all goes to plan ( and it may not ) at that point these accomodation options will be like franchises, decorated and furnished with the TOURIVA brand, so that from an end users perspective it's like TOURIVA is hotel chain they can use and expect a uniform quality of service anywhere there is a TOURIVA location in the world.
The people who own and run these locations are going to be the ones who get the concept early and find ways to collaborate to make it happen. A determined group of people can achieve anything in this world.

Yup, it's been running a fair old time. Originally this project was called TourCoin but there was another group who took the name and announced right before we were about to. It seemed at the time like they had just copied the idea and made a high ROI scam out of it. An argument ensued and the anonymous dev called me a theif of their idea! ( If you search TourCoin it might amuse you to read the threads ) The other TourCoin died not long after and I gave a bunch of their users a free swap out.
Anyway after that event it was decided to take a step back, rebrand the project and develop it quietly until it was in a much more advanced state and ready to start being open again.

Like Simon said the current favorite 3rd party exchange is Crex24 but this is subject to change as our Donators ultimately decide what exchange we are going to list on. as for other sites we are planning to get listed on we are already on ihostmn and masternode-world for shared and hosted masternodes and we are looking at sites to add to this list.

We are not currently listed on any exchanges, trading is possible through our internal exchange which is in beta testing now. The internal exchange is key to how the TOURIVA system will work in the future because it will exchange tourists payments using creditcards to tokens. To understand that further consider the scenario when the main app is up and running and being promoted like any other tourist club and an end user who has no knowledge of crypto wishes to make a booking for a stay in a given location. From their perspective the App will work like any booking system, accepting their credit card details and notifying the host of the booking. Under the hood the system will use the funds from the credit card payment to purchase the lowest priced TOURIVA tokens from the TOUR / USD section of the exchange, and it will send those to the host as payment for the stay. This way the flow of end users taking vacations will provide a constant upwards pressure on the TOUR / USD market, and given that some of the hosts will prefer to hoard in order to build masternodes rather than immediately dump, it seems likely that somewhat less than 100% of the TOUR will re-enter the market, creating a deflationary pressure which increases as more tourists use the app and more hosts use their ASIC like income from their bed-mining activity to build up their Masternode holdings.
