Please let us know what wallet version you are on.. and are you upgrading or does it happen when you are just re-opening the wallet?
The following solution will always work, regardless of the above, but takes some time:
go to: %appdata%/trollcoin (copy paste this in your explorer)
make a backup (or 2) from your wallet.dat
Delete all files in the trollcoin folder, except for wallet.dat and trollcoin.conf (if it exists)
restart your wallet

I used to mine with prohashing & never had a problem, you will have to contact their support to figure out why you haven't gotten paid.
