Luckily WeTrust isn't starting its crowdfunding yet as most people probably just hold on to bitcoin as it continues to pump. Once it will have corrections then many will start to invest on ICOs.

No, the minimum BTC is 1000BTC and the maximum is 6000BTC. Go to the first page of the Ann you will see this information there, but I think this shouldn't be a problem to meet.

i read if they receive over 70% then no refund, but i could have misread.
