Some companies prefer to teach the specialists by themself and take the workers after the end of Universyty. Former students just have a basic knowlege and they have to trust the diplomas.

Just I understand it perfectly. But I do not affect the progress of the project. This is a project team involved. All really accomplish. It just takes a few years.

You are right, that universities all over the world has ability to access the platform. All universities can access the platform and there is no any restrictions for getting access.
