I think this was due to issues with the block chain. Crypto-bridge is now working for me.

This is announcement from dev
This is Guide to how to connect most right chain in windows wallet
1. Backup your wallet.dat and masternode.conf (if you run one)
2. Delete everything in \Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\TuneCore except wallet.dat, masternode.conf
(You can use "cd %appdata%/tunecore at cmd)
3. Download the latest wallet from https://github.com/tune-crypto/tune/releases/tag/v0.12.1.8
4. Download the Snapshot from : http://www.tunecrypto.io/tunecrypto-snapshot-233010.rar
5. Extract and copy the /blocks directory in \Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\TuneCore\
6. Final check : There shuld be only 2 files, and 1 folder in \Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\TuneCore
wallet.dat
masternode.conf
blocks (folder)
7. Start the wallet and let it run (it takes 5-10 min by loading the blockchain)
8. You back on the right chain.
After do exactly guide above,
- My wallet is full sync
- I tried transfer 1 TUN from my wallet to stock.exchange yesterday and successfully arrived
- I'm mining at their official pool http://pool.tunecrypto.com so far so good and payout to my wallet is working good

I don't know if you have tried this, but it worked for me -
1. Stop the wallet.
2. Copy the whole TuneCore (in appdata/roaming if you are using Windows) folder somewhere else.
3. Delete everything in the tunecore folder except masternodes.config and wallet.dat.
4. Download the latest wallet (you probably already did, but anyway it's 12.1.8
5. Run the wallet
It took me about 12 minutes to sync completely.

the coin seems not to be scam, the problem is that all the transactions are f^ckt up! mining pools, exchanges, wallet, everything is down, that's why nobody recieves any coins.... for miners, use arcpool. I've tested it and it works.

Judging by the way these pools are marked on the official site, one for the nicehash, second is for the usual miners. So the question is closed.
