Im feeling curious about why don't people take legal action against the team especially ubiatar, multiversum and sidera.
These scam icos have been running away with more than 10 million dollars.

I just hope that if there's a victim that came from US and he will be filling the legal action against those scam developers like bitclave.

The reason why this thread resurrected is because people who got fooled by them (specifically ubiatar, on this thread) wanted to take the exact action you suggested. Chat, invitation, and link as below

We are trying to add people in the telegram chat, all those people who have invested and want to join to do a class action you can add yourself to the telegram chat below. It is clear that this project with the help of Noku and unfortunately also Eidoo which allowed them to raise funds through their ICO Engine

Edit: hmm... just checked the link and it's failed to take me to the group. Davide72, can you look at this issue and bring a new link?

I try to do my best, I don't want these people to have fun with people's money, I found a great lawyer, I explained the whole story, he told me that there are also the conditions to go to the criminal as well as civil, only that to leave you need a lot of money! Yes i will check!

Yes all are scammers, Noku is working for poseidon Holding , , Davide Luigi Borella community manager for Ubiatar is the same  for https://www.noku.io/team_old/....  The same community manager Davide Luigi Borella has done many other scammers projects with Gorini wich is the CEO of Noku.

You need a good lawyer. I tried, they got scared. Surely they are afraid because there are so many things that if they are discovered in many would end up in trouble. Because they scammed a lot of people

Eidoo didn't respond positively to this scam project, they didn't thoroughly verify the project. The Ubiatar scammers gathered the money and didn't do anything. Eidoo is a quality project, i don't think there is a collaboration to scam here but their control over the ICO projects aren't good.

Noku I can tell you with certainty that he scammed not only with ubiatar but also with other projects, Noku was absorbed by the poseidon holding of who is also part of Eidoo
From what I can see if NOKU has become part of all of those projects, right? MTV has become a dead one as the developers have gone after the crowdsale ended.
It's weird to see that. I do believe if someone can trace this and there will be some scam projects owned by the same person. I personally think that MTV and UBIATAR were owning by the same scammer.

Probable but I can not give any certainty, the sure things I know I tell you the things I do not know I can only hypothesize. However, I have noticed that some NOKU members have moved their project headquarters to estonia, same thing they have done with multiversum. I think that if you put a civil lawyer and a criminal lawyer seriously, a lot of dirty things come out
It's maybe true. I have traced some members of ubiatar team and then almost all of the members in ubiatar team were involved in the various scam project. I just see two members who have involved in the sidera scam ico. It has also a scam accusation that created by someone.

https://icobench.com/ico/multiversum/team

https://icobench.com/ico/ubiatarplay-io/team

All of members were scammers.

Wait... What?
A suggestion, wouldn't posting on scam accusation board brings better exposure, as it matched the case of the topic even more?

Discussing here would just "bump" a topic on a token sub-board, which people would just glance and probably didn't bother to peek as they thought it's just another token being discussed. But the scam board are populated and visited by people who interested with projects in this situation.

There are several accusations against this user, but perhaps Ale88's the one with most proof. So probably it'll be better to focusing this topic on his thread

It looks so crazy to see that but this must be another case like bitclave. EIDOO should also responsible for this. EIDOO was not doing proper research and that has made so many ethereum coins being stolen by this garbage project called ubiatar.

Did EIDOO give any response regarding this? This could also become the reason why people were leaving from EIDOO platform.
imagine when so many of people who invested in ubiatar were EIDOO users too in the past.

Also I don't know exactly if there was friendship beyond work, these things should be investigated by a competent person, I know that the CEOs of UBIATAR and NOKU were friends, in fact I was told by a component of NOKU that they did not take considered a legal action as they were and still are friends today. NOKU now actively collaborates in the Poseidon Holding, which includes The cryptonomist, PNT (ex Eidoo) Noku an other ... All these companies all live in Switzerland. Even the famous Multiversum project was based in Switzerland!

It's hard to believe if one of the most successful projects used to end up with a scam, it looks like the fraud committed by the Ubiatar team was one of those frauds that was very well-organized so that at the beginning of the ubiatar project it was developed there was not the slightest indication that this project was the biggest fraud project ever in the world of cryptocurrency, it is unfortunate for those of us who still hold UBT tokens in wallets because there is no single market that trades UBT tokens on their token list, so that we inevitably have to risk a fairly large loss now  Cry Cry
Scam carried out by the Ubiatar team is the best so that token holders do not realize it, and never thought that this successful Project would be a useless token.
Nobody at the time thought that Ubiatar project would be a scam.
1. It is ICO on Eidoo app, people trust Eidoo.
2. The product is launched.
3. The team is very active in promoting images.
This project is a gathering of professional scammers.

Well ,eidoo now pnt is part of this game.
they had to make sure that the project wasn't a scam, but it was indeed!

I would like to beg to differ for point number 3, they just created a fake promotion, as I described on my previous post, they created several alt accounts on telegram and switching between the accounts, asking and feigning interests. And when confronted, they said it was their marketing strategy or something, I don't think that can be counted as promoting images since they "promote" the brand tom themselves

the situation is very tangled, in the ubiatar project many of the leading investors of the Italian channels were inside, in the ubiatar project it was organized in many ways by NOKU which is part of the poseidon group of which The cryptonomist and Eidoo are part. it was a scam. The ubiatars have been listed on idex exchange for a while but only to sell any toxic coins that have no value. They knew from the start that the project was going to die. I have personal information where NOKU says that between them and ubiatar there was a good friendship. I recently recorded a video where NOKU still maintains contact with Raco today.

I want to clarify that I know a person who has lost about 200 thousand dollars, unfortunately this person has felt ill, for the loss of money he has gone through many health problems including several hospitalizations! It's not a joke.

it is possible to take legal action all together, I also have to take part as I have been scammed by NOKU, so if anyone wants to take part please send me a private message. There are so many things that only a careful investigation and a lawyer can come up with, but it can only be done if we are all together!

Wait... What?
I hope SEC will try to find where are the scammers who have created the shit scam ubiatar project.

Unless someone submitted formal complaint, they won't conduct any investigation, and I don't think anyone has submitted one so far.

I think that we could also still find the identity that has posted by the scammer.

Who? Francesco? Sure, it's an easy task. Even though he has deleted his picture from his linkedin profile, nothing really gone from the internet. Just google "Francesco Raco", you'll see his pictures, like this one that neatly has him showing off his Ubiatar nametag.

Even steemit still have their article about this project, complete with team photos. https://archive.is/RliGB
