They do not have a FINMA license. When they talked about it they lied. Today I received again a letter from FINMA (This is the answer to my second letter). Quote

I hope there will be an investigation into these scammers.

Afaik, they don't have an exchange yet? In that case, you can always try OTC by offering your ask price and the amount on marketplace or here on this very thread, but judging from their recent issue, I don't think anyone would want to buy any of the token.

I think that FINMA would also find interesting the fact the the Ubiatar’s owners decided to keep for themselves the tokens that were due to the bounty hunters, and the investors don’t know that now they can drop 1 mln tokens whenever they want.
A decision to (for the lack of better term) "cheat" bounty campaign, whatever the excuse is, will never give a good outcome. Some projects think that if they change the rules at the end of the campaign, or change the agreed rate, they can get away without consequences as they got the money and the hunters can only choose to comply or lose their payment. This case can be a good example that such action will never get them to their desired place

I just got 66,6 tokens instead of the 870 that were due for my job, I asked explanations by email and this is their answer:Thank you for contacting us.
Bounty payments are over and they have been made accordingly to the requests received via email. After a careful evaluation of each job presented by the participants, the remuneration was paid at market prices.

Does anybody know if UbiatarPlay need, by law, to have a FINMA license? Or can they do business without it?
You need to ask them if they have a license or not, although this can be found on the site. But in any case, much is not understood here
