I think the SCRYPY algorithm is timeless, like the SHA256 algorithm, but it needs an application concept to support the coin so that it can better development.

I would also like to know this. I tried using that longer address for mining on a pool, but it didn't go through (got no errors, just didn't work). So I used the shorter one. Also, whenever you create a new address, it's the shorter one... so I'm guessing - use shorter ones

It would be the same as leaving all of your coins in a single wallet to stake. With multiple wallets the coins need to be split up, leaving you will relatively low stake weight on the network for each wallet. While a single wallet with more stake weight will find more blocks. It should be fairly even either way.

Multiple wallets with different address need only if CPU load too high - many very small inputs.
Use optimal inputs and first year you not hit max cap. Second year all PoS rewards will be capped.
