No, just firs three projects. Line is show you percentage according to others. So there is no "cap" and users are able to vote as long as votig is up

I don't think any other project can beat us) we are legion

So i think we should ask traders to vote for Universa. I checked out other projects and i can tall you, that only one or two are acctually able to be more popular. But still there is no chance that Universa is not baing released.

According to the latest comments in their official chat, they are constantly working on exchanges as well. So, this is a great news!

I'm really happy that thay are making report every week on their chanell, so we are always know what is going on with development and other. I wish every progect do the same. I'm really sure abut success of Universa because i can check by myself how they are working.
