Yesterday Russian State Duma unanimously gave vote in favor of blockchain and cryptocurrenies legislation. That is biggest achievement for cryptocurrencies everything will be seen other way. Universa is backed by one of the most influential people so it is going to outperform many projects. I expect mostly good ahead now onward.
My understand is that HyperLedger is open source, and you can use it to run your own blockchain. So it's fundamentally different from Universa, where a company would want Universa to run something for them on its blockchain.

What do you guys think of this price prediction? I find it very conservative, I`m not sure writer ever took into account possibilities of Universa and where is heading towards but I would agree all this is yet to be confirmed. If so, this article is misleading.

It is trading as UTNP on Cobinhood and HitBTC right now - not horrible but not on many exchanges just yet. Likely more when native UTN releases, etc. Agree though, sleeping giant that is delivering an actual product with active partnerships being established = huge in future.

While there is no specific information on this, but I think that you can leave 2 options, because some exchanges are more willing to add tokens on smart contracts in the etherium than on their own blockchain!

If you want to swap your ERC to URC tokens, you can. But you don't have to. I believe the team will aim to keep the two tokens operative next to each other!
Only Main Net is launched and that's all for the moment. They are working hard to introduce features and so many interesting things in couple of months. You can continuously do trading with your existing UTN-P tokens or simply let them in wallet as there is no news on swap. In future we will see how things move so nothing to worry on this issue at least.
