Its been a while last time I used this forum. Point Im here is to raise awareness over few issues that are seemingly  impossible to find answers to.

Few of the guys having an eye on Universa noticed (quoting one the lads) following:

 "The requirement of U is deeply wired in the network code, it would make no sense to remove it for various reasons. However the need for UTN is „just“ a contractual requirement and we have to believe them more or less".

In simple terms, "U" was droped from equatation of tokeneconomics, UTN remains as stated in whitepaper. Now, because no private networks had been disscused before and long after TGE (community been aware of the public network for which nodes aplication was made), there is a concern raised UTN would be used as stated, alas from Universa owned stash. That would bring us to awkward situation tokens owned by Universa are utility tokens while community tokens can be used to, well swap back and forth. There is no mechanism explained how community can sell tokens to the Universaş clients.

On the good note, Universa has first, extremely significant use case. For the time being mydocumets.tn  e-signature as certified service, deployed in Tunisia is available to regular Tunisian citizens to sign their papers officially. There is more to come.
Except that UTN¸s are used, there is no mention how National Blockchain buys tokens from exchanges not registered in Tunisia and do the swaps in light of "U" being removed from equatation.

 

Tunisian Internet Agency (ATI) and Universa Hub Africa Sign Strategic Partnership for National Blockchain

On July 7 2020, during the presentation of partnership outcomes by ATI (the leading public company in Internet services and technological solutions in Tunisia) and Universa Hub Africa, held by the top-level representatives of the involved parties, the launch of global Tunisian national blockchain network was publicly signed.

In the process of formally confirming the launch during the live video stream (available at https://lnd.im/2020TunisianNationalBlockchainLaunch), the official representatives (Moez Maaref, PDG of ATI, Omar Bouattay, head of Universa Hub Africa and Alexander Borodich, Universa CEO), have signed the Public Private Partnership (PPP) using one of the just launched blockchain-based services, MyDocuments.tn e-sig certified service, deployed in Tunisia and available to regular Tunisian citizens to sign their papers officially. The future planned developments are directed at Smart Cities, e-gov and citizen-oriented solutions.

Speaking at the ATI Meetup, CEO of Universa Blockchain Alexander Borodich stated:

“Any developers, startups, entrepreneurs will be able to create any kind of blockchain-solutions:  digital ID, smart contracts for loans, insurance, supply chain management, quality label compliance”.


The national Tunisian blockchain network is based on latest Universa Blockchain technology developments, and is available to the general public in Tunisia, for end-user usage as well as for future integration with more and more government operations and business processes. The next milestones in deployment and launch are to be national DNS over blockchain, decentralized ID system, Blockchain Web services and some others, roughly expected around September 2020 – January 2021 period.

This effectively makes Tunisia the first country with national blockchain, specifying a new definition of totally decentralized Internet, and opening new opportunities in supporting e-gov and private services never possible before.


Earlier in 2018, the Tunisian Internet Agency (ATI) signed a 10-year renewable strategic partnership to provide hosting services for the platform and facilitate its further development.

So far the only russian project that goes to the moon was ethereum. Waves has been getting so many scam accusations too. It looks like borodich will not care about that dude.

Like EY in the past announced on their website partnerships news with Universa soon after to be removed. It’s not the first time that theirs partners has announced but soon after too denounce and remove the announcement from theirs website.
Where is HODL that AB had been displaying many times? Even the person with no brain can see the manipulation with his way of making false hope. He promised to buy the tokens at Amsterdam meetups, The price is at floor level but there is no buy back to give hope for the investors. The TG is left with just few cheerleader. It could come to hunt them like those cheerleaders from Cobinhood.

I have seen that link and it seems legit caused by it was coming from Dubai multi commodities center's site but i have a question for you right now about what happens with the old partnership were created by your team? Let's make this clear caused by you have received so many accusations after the clarification that has already made by tunisia.

Just try to make sure never try to believe any statement released by the team without a confirmation from that party that already mentioned in the article and this to avoid the fake news that already published by the team like tunisia CBDC. It's too risky to believe in this news without any confirmation from the party that already claimed by the team create a cooperation with this team.
