i can not get my daemon to sync.. even if i delete the old database.. it stomps in april 2014 and does not sync further.
all i get, looks like.

Why would anyone want this coin? Aren't you merely a cryptocurrency version of the USD, with more inflation and worse everything?
when you're mining for coins inflation of a coins' value is a great thing - especially since just about every major coin including BTC is deflating!!!!

USDe is currently working with a new dev and we are watching the algorithm migration of a few coins closely. Transitioning to a new algorithm is not as easy as some people may think, and although we would have liked to be one of the first to make such a migration, this unfortunately did not happen, so for now we will observe some other coins and see how successful their transition is and proceed from there.
We (FairCoin) have succesfully moved from Scrypt to Grøstl. It took a hardfork and some extensive testing on our TestNet, but everything is working fine now. The only remark is that we've a PoS coin and are using Grøstl to keep the blockchain moving - so the mining reward is less important to us (as long as it is low, stable and is hard to abuse

Ok, here's some feedback: While I think your project is interesting, I have to ask you to stop posting the huge graphics everywhere. I read these forums, while traveling mostly, on a handheld device with who knows what kind of connection and bandwidth. Waiting, and waiting, and waiting for the graphic to load makes it impossible. I'm invested in about 50 coins so you can imagine the frustration, not just your ads, but all the unnecessary graphics.

I'm looking at the pools that are listed on the first page, most of them have no miners on them. Where is the hashrate coming from??
