I gather that thing keeps getting hacked. I would pay attention to here and their website, those are probably the best source of news for USDE and the developer.

value is dropping constantly... i remember times when 1 usde was worth about 400 satoshi... now... 80? it's sad...
and nobody is buying and nobody is selling... i know, everyone wait... i wait too... but for 2 months price is very low... does anyone really hope that it will rise?

Seems to be related to your system only....... So i would just start from scratch if I were you..... maybe even on a different computer or just re-install windows....
I never had a problem like this with my wallet and I've been here since the beginning of usde
