I have a question that is not directly regarding this topic, for a 3 card r9 280x, a power sourcer of 700W is good? or is bad? it will be stabile?
It's hugely underpowered. You need 1200W for it, atleast.
A MANDATORY source code & wallet update will be announced and released in the next 1 day - 1/17/2014.
Upon release, this update will:
- Upgrade the underlying USDE source code, which will help alleviate some problems with newer mining pool software and stratum implementation.
- Fix a difficulty re-target bug, to match the coin's original specification of 120 blocks. This will make USDE mining more accurately reflect network hash rates.
- Make enhancements to the Windows Wallet, to include the new USDE Coin Logo, as well as fixing some reported Wallet display issues.

iv used that pool and not had any issues. I am trying to move around the pools to help stop forking.

I would make it an 850w like a Corsair or PC Power and Cooling. 3ea. - R9 280X will kill any efficiency of a 750 if not kill it. Remember to post in the right areas of the forum for help, lots of great guys here.

Anyone noticed that the difficulty has increased since block 19200, from 2.328 to 2.383
on steadyminers the dif is unchanged since last night 2.38388396at 20400 the difficulty now is 2.62293565 with NetHash of 425 Mhs
Its now Difficulty 2.80769777 !!!

I would go for at least 800W (but good firm).
You need at least 250W for each card.
