Note that incorrect has a Fermi GPU (GTX 550 Ti) and yours is a Kepler GPU (GTX 650), so you have to change the command line to select the Kepler kernel. Try this one:
cudaminer -i 1 -l k8x16 -H 1 -o server:port -O username:password

Well, that might be happening because of a number of reasons - your PSU not being able to deliver enough/stable power to the graphics card, peculiarities of your card model or sample, cudaminer version, NVIDIA drivers version, etc. But this is the USDE thread and we don't want to hijack it to troubleshoot this problem, so I'd suggest that you create a new topic titled "GTX 650 cudaminer problems" or something like that.
