Please upload the wallet to something other than mega.nz. Skydrive seems like a good alternative. Many people have trouble with the mega.nz site due to a very foolish browser restriction requirement.
Also, could you put up an example of conf file and its name for this coin? It would be invaluable in solo mining. rpc port number, nodes, and so forth.

After many deliberations on the subject of naming conventions, we've decided on USDE; however if the community wants to refer to it as eCoin, this would be acceptable too. Your wallet will contain USDE's and the .conf file will be USDE.conf.
