Out of curiosity, and mostly because I'm to lazy to look it up on my own.   What are the possible problems/dangers with running a VPN?

And is there any good English translations describing the benefits of using a VPN service through the bit net client..

I see that the main website gives a quick how to for setting one up, but it doesn't explain the benefits of why we should.

in many part of the world, gov sometimes block access to certain website (ie : porn, political, etc). for them vpn or webproxy are  the solution.

the danger... if the client use vpn to hack or commit crime maybe ?

hello, you can set your own price. if you have a good internet connection and reasonable prices, people will pay you to use your vpn

Very low volume on Bittrex...normal? Or something wrong?

Like always. You only see big volume on Bittrex for VPNcoin when there is a pump :p ( or dump )

I think there are many fee based VPN providers in China. There is a lot of competition for bitcoin cash transfer service. What I see in my research so far is interest from many companies from Citi and Goldman to Nasdaq in using the blockchain as a financial settlement and transaction platform. It could also provide payroll or government services and possibly many other services. A good reference to the potential is the statements made recently by Blyth Masters and her investment in bitcoin and blockchain enterprise.           https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZ6WR2R1MnM

It looks like there is an enormous amount of potential. I have worked with industrial and building automation software most of my career and my wife is a software engineer also. I think the question is if VPNcoin can develop applications and find a market, or if the ideas or just copied for blockchain software projects by firms like IBM or Goldman Sachs ect. It might be best for developers and investors if a company just tried to take over VPNcoin Bitnet.

I have a feeling that this tech has no purpose in the western world but if it can pierce the dragon curtain.....   well it could quickly surpass all other altcoins

OK so I downloaded the client and  checked it out.

I'm very impressed by all the features.

Though trying to figure out how the features work seems a little complicated.

Bought some anyways, interested to see where this goes.

I put Coinomi on my Android phone and Tablet yesterday. I think I will still trade on Bittrex and just use them for wallets. I have the full VPN program on a gamer laptop which I might be able to use host client as well as an older gamer PC. I am curious how many users there are? There was about a 6 BTC sell today that drove the market down a lot. I have been buying about $15 a day so that I don't move the market. I am just curious if I am the first user from Canada? Smiley

Hello. I bought some VPNcoin and have installed the main client as well as Coinomi on my phone. Can anyone tell me how many users there are of the system and how many can use it at same time? Is there some manual online to learn more about the system?    Smiley

There you go buddy.
Thanks Blazin8888. I have some work to do to catch up on VPN. Lucky it is still at an early stage. I found out about Bitcoin when it was still under a dollar. VPN would do fine if it reaches $1. It could be bigger than Bitcoin. I think it has a lot of great features already. Cheesy

This could help you too(Coinomi can be used on androids devices):

The Universal, multi-coin Wallet, Coinomi integrated the ShapeShift API in order to allow for in-wallet exchanges between the altcoins the user holds. See how this integration works within the Coinomi wallet.
