Most features are free.
If you want to create a lottery,
You wallet need have 1 million VpnCoin, which is issuing the qualification requirements.
Means: As long as your wallet have one million VpnCoins, you can create Genesis Lottery.
Create a Genesis Lottery you need bet 5000VPN at lowest.
If you want to join the lottery created by others, your wallet need have 50VPN or 500VPN for bet.

self uninstalled again 2nd time in a week! I cant see it happening, but could malwarebytes or superantispyware be causing this problem?
