You must download http://www.imqq.com/ and install it, then register, then join group and post your question there. I think somebody can help you there.

How I can withdraw BTC from this shit? My BTC stuck in balance because there is minimum 1 BTC to withdraw. I have less there. I can't contact support, support always offline.
Try through QQ group or as an option buy vel - withraw vel - sell vel on coined up or keep vel with you.
P. S. I am not registered on this exchange, just my IMO.
There is no Alt. coin/BTC market, only Alt./CNY, and BTC/CNY is not working! In user panel minimal limit of withdraw is 1 BTC!!! There is no warning about that before registration. If BTC market don't work why generate deposit address I don't get it... Looks like this is SCAM

Look at buy/sell orders before listing. That trade interface is geared toward lowering the price. Your auto bid price is lower than the highest buying bid.
