I'm also stuck on block 41432 with wallet 0.10.3, followed the instructions on the wallet download page. What have I done wrong?
I followed the instructions to the letter, i.e. I deleted chainstate, blocks and peers.dat before re-opening the 0.10.3 wallet. Still stuck on block 41432.

http://via.minerpools.com has updated to the latest wallet!! 0.10.3

Well, I know it's not really your fault, but I'm pretty pissed, so I think I'll go mine something else now, sorry. Will keep an eye when the exchanges re-enable so I can dump my VIA like hot potatoes.
