Viacoin is not dead, in fact the price seems to stabilize in the last 24 hours, perhaps due to the recent downtrend of the rest of cryptocurrencies.

Forced to admit that Romano abandoned the project. All holders were deceived. At the moment, we have nothing to grow altcoins, VIA is in place, and will soon fall to 0.

Don't worry too much dev...that's why 99% of people here or in the reddit forum never be millionaire...they are still spitting on real cryptocurrencies and talking only about "tokens" created from nothing and in the end only the creator is enriched, leaving everyone in the dust...keep doing your great work on viacoin...

Rough year, rough black swan moment, COVID but I'm on to something.
Decided to help/work for an exchange. Asset listing etc etc
All comes down to, extra knowledge, contact, and info.
Extra liquidity due to receiving payments that I can use for development.
Trying to think ahead. Viacoin market has been ranging so much, pretty much anyone could set up a market making bot and profit from the spread.
Been still paying bills for servers etc etc

Viacoin removed from the Poloniex? 
It was removed awhile ago but poloniex is an aging exchange that is getting less and less volume. I wouldn't worry about that since viacoin is still on bittrex and binance amongst other exchanges.
Poloniex was in power a few years ago, but now it is the same as other small exchanges. Binance remains the best option at this time considering the daily volume can reach thousands of bitcoin.
only a stupid exchange can delete a coin with a huge hashrate
