Yes there are lots of different rules in different countries but the porn industry is one of the largest industries in the world and is growing all the time. It makes sense to bring the industry to the blockchain to bring it up to date.

As far as I know Ethereum is the only accepted currency for the crowdsale, and there is no KYC because this is technically a crowdsale for a utility token, not an ICO.
