here I agree with you there are altos without much movement in development but they have a good marketing company and their price even rises even during the period of a falling market

VIN lacks good communication with the community and advertising but this is not a problem when the market moves as the 2017 VIN will recoup in full

but at least if the developer is still struggling with the project and can further publicize the public there is a possibility that trading volume in the market will rise and not rule out the possibility that prices can also go up with time.

FYI price movements do not depend if the developers are working or not and most certainly not about the updates. Price always depend on market behavior which is the people buying and selling. People buy because they could sell higher if there is hype about adoption. Nobody buys because they will use it.

in what sense are blocked?  here are the wallets https://vinchain.io/en/account/wallet and when registering you had to save the login information I am amazed at the people in the crypt who create the wallets but don’t write the data, some wise people enter the private key into the bounty tables

I happen to have a few tokens of this project, but these tokens are locked on addresses. How can I unlock these tokens? Although these tokens have a low price, it may be possible to find use for these tokens in the future.

quite an interesting project, the price is kept at the same level 39-40 satoshi one thing is not clear why the price does not rise if the developers work well and do not forget to write updates

1) GPS tracking system
We have been hard at work developing our Connected Car platform. Currently we are in the process of conducting final testing, and we will share our market ready solution shortly. Our VINchain community will be the first to get early access to the platform. 

Our Connected Car platform will allow you to: Get rewarded for sharing your data, being able to track your vehicle’s location via GPS, monitoring the condition and diagnostics of your car, integrate your car with your other smart devices, getting custom notifications about vehicle events that are important to you, create geo-fences and get notified when your vehicle enters or leaves that area and more. We are looking forward to giving our community early access to the platform

2) Localization and Custom token
We are getting ready for new updates with European data. In our efforts to launch new countries, we have made updates to our website. We have localized more versions which include Polish, German, Lithuanian and French.

That is sad to hear. Actually forums are much better dealing with discussions rather than instant messaging. With IMs especially with large groups, you will be scrolling the whole day to keep updated and most are nonsense chat. I understand why many people like IMs, it is after all mobile and owners can pin messages.
