I've visited your official site: http://vionusa.com/ and I guessed you use Russian language on the site. I am little confused, where is this project actually from? You said on your thread:
By investing in the project of building a network of electric stations for trucks Vion, you are taking part in the implementation of a global project for the organization of trunk shipments of goods on the North American continent
Would you like to explain it to me?

A lot of our team members are from Russia, but we do our business is in America.

How many projects / altcoins are you running ?

I agree that electric trucks are very expensive, too much energy consumption. even cars are now not profitable to contain, for it lacks the proper infrastructure.

with what you have to start ike tesla has already developed and introduces such trucks volvo and bmw also begin to enter. for long distances it is a very profitable undertaking but it is necessary to be realistic that such a small project will not be able to collect such amounts to compete.

It takes a lot of money to provide the route of electric trucks. You have to know how much energy a truck uses. How often and how long will it charge? I think that currently this is not profitable.

1.  There are no 'road trains' in America.  Most Americans don't even see 3-trailer trucks these days.  You should visit some time.  Preferably before you build a station.
2.  You want to build stations and incur obscene costs related to real estate, employees, taxes, etc, when the smart move would be to outfit existing stations.  Unless you have a few billion USD burning a hole in your pocket, doom is imminent.  Though I hear a really famous Nigerian prince is interested in something like this.  I'll have him send you an email.  Keep an eye out.
4.  What the shit is a "trunk" shipment?  I've never heard anyone say "Alice, my shipment of trunks has just arrived!"  The last people I know that used trunks were on the Titanic because James Cameron told me so.
5.  You openly state that you are trying to avoid SEC regulations, but you plan on building in the US.  Good luck with that.  Mix that with the fact that you're Russian, you've created a recipe for absolute failure.
6.  I'd love to hear your take on the american trucking industry and why you think your idea is better than the thousands of others that don't resort to crypto.
7.  At least pretend that you know what you're talking about.  No lambo for you this time champ.

it's a pity that this is only realized in America, this is indeed electricity for freight trains, but if it is realized throughout the world I think you will have large investors from several countries

How will I know that this ICO is not a scam?
We see lots of possibilities in crypto markets and consider this project as a long-term commitment, so we think it’s against our interests to rip users off and run with profits, or manipulate prices, or perform any other actions with malicious intent. We like crypto, and we believe it has exciting future ahead, that’s why we’re here.

The project looks great, I liked the design! But I'm worried about this question - is your platform reliable? What protection do you use?
