They are probably looking for partners. I do not see it on the site but i do not think it's too important, there are also many projects without partners.if on the site there is no one in the partners tab means at the moment they are not. after all just so no one will put. we all understand that there is enough of the company's question and then they will be caught at the very start on the lies that the project will immediately close.
