Both VIOG and XMR are using the NeoScrypt algorithm, so will such an algorithm be exploited by hackers with a wide range of infections? What is the team doing in this respect?
As far as I know XMR isn;t using NeoScrypt but CryptoNight..
And: an algorithm cannot be exploited to spread infections.

You might have a bad blockchain database on your machine.
Stop the VIOG wallet.
Make a copy of your wallet.dat file (to another location) and then delete everything from the %appdata%\Vivoinnovaonexgobyte folder EXCEPT the wallet.dat file (the copy is just in case you also delet the wallet file).
Start the Wallet again and let it syncrhonize.
My guess is the balance will be OK again and the transaction gone.
By the way: there is no possible way to cancel a transaction on any blockchain, that is the point of the blockchain

Open e debug windows and do this:
masternode genkey
This will give you a key..
Open vivoinnovaonexgobyte.conf in %appdata%\vivoinnovaonexgobyte
Add these 2 lines:
