Such a clown show in this thread. Phantom is a group of scam artists waiting for the crypto market to bounce back before launching their coin on an exchange, aka the Centra team. Anyone buying into this vague BS is a rube.
We have confirmed date already for Ark V2 to be launched on 28th of this month. This is quite surprising announcement but good for those were waiting for this. Phantom's development and everything was solely dependent on this release. Now by the end of next month maximum we can expect distribution of this token but still depend on stability of network.
It wasn't mean to launch on 28th, this is the day when delegates received (already in the past) the Core v2.0 in order to install it and sync the blockchain. It has been three weeks since last time roadmap was updated and even then development was more advanced. I am sure in couple of days once the Ark's v2 goes live we will see some update on status of progress in roadmap. That launch of V2 is putting things on hold and may be team is also waiting for more precise update. Github isn't showing activities may be recent wok hasn't be pushed yet.

Absolutely right, at the moment no way to access this coin as this doesn't exist. It looks like at the start of next year it will be created because of ARK's V2 release that has no specific date yet. It is planned to be forked once new version will be stable with other words in few weeks after main net launch. We have almost nine weeks before this year end.

So, there really is no way to get this coin at the moment? No OTC or such kind of trades? Saw that the faucet too was empty. Wish I'd stumbled upon this ANN sooner. Would have kept my ARK
There will not be any initial coin offering (ICO) that means no reward for any kind of activity. If were holding CTR or ARK at some certain time when snapshot was taken will receive forked coins. Even if you have not claimed in September still via fall back method you will qualify. Other way will be to buy from exchanges when it will be listed on.

How can you run any campaign when coins didn't come into existence yet @AsesTentest. I think you are mixing this with some other project esle how can you claim of holding this much amount when these don't exist at this moment. First Ark's Version 2 will be launched then this fork will happen to create these coins for the moment people just claimed two months ago.
i holder 840000 PHANTOM COIN , I see that the team is not interested in the bounty and in the promotion of the project on the forum , so I think to hold a bounty from myself and share half of my coins.

This is going to be huge project I have claimed my tokens back in September as well. Now we are awaiting for ARK V2 to be released and all delay is because of that. This thread should have been started long time ago but never late to do good things. In simple words this project will be managed by community as open source after what mainnet is released. There will be no control of any person or group to make it maximum transparent and decentralized in true senses. Goals of project are highly potential and it will make place among top projects in sense of tech and usability in no time.
Or it’s decentralized and based in Malta with officially no one in charge so when they commit their fraud they won’t end up in jail like Centra did.
Who is the team behind this project? Many suspect that this is another Centra scam and there still has not been anything posted as to who is actually in charge of it. Its extremely suspicious that this project took over the scam coin's community and magically is the first company in the world that doesn't have anyone calling the shots.
Who is in charge of hiring/firing, payroll, marketing, technology, security, etc, etc, etc. Extremely shady.
