The sum of total sell orders in BTC is not very meaningful, as it easy to manipulate.
It may be just that someone moved the order from 400k down to 200k, since the last time you checked.
What is much more meaningful is the total amount of the WBB on sale that is mere 77k.
That is 6.6% of total coins currently in circulation, meaning most of the coins are stored outside of Bittrex (strong hands). That is indeed a good sign.
