Projects like gamma will only increase the value of xaurum. And xaurum gets purchasing power. Somebody can pay their own holidays with xaurum. You have increased base value plus rent money...I think it is only positive for xaurum.

Be sure that they know what are they doing, so before they launched the new project GAMA they did brainstorming with questions you gave here since these are basic questions so they considered in that way. I know they did this project to support Xaurum not in order to weaken it. Let's try to think in business way and in long run.
Don't think just about yourself and how to do it 100% in profit in one month, but think about healthy Eco System which could work for ever.
Xaurum is a currency which could be out there forever not just for 2 years and in the meantime someones would like to make 1000% in profit, no that is not the first goal. Why ? Because it is not Healthy like is not healthy if a child grows in one week half one meter that is not organic the same is with cancer when the cells start to reproduce in a fast way the organ is getting ill.
So each growth which is not organic can not survive in a long run. We just need to consider laws of nature and everything is gonna be good.

The biggest problem is the greed of the mankind. It's not enough 10% in profit, everyone would like to have 2000% in a week. Is that healthy if you think more deeply about it?
Let's get another example from nature. When the dog is hungry how much he eats? Until that he is no longer hungry. Whan mankind does? They eat Pizza and he is no longer hungry, but there is looking good a sweet so they eat a sweet, then behind the corner, they see ice cream they eat ice cream and the end of the day he has a problem with the stomach and they said uff next time I will eat just pizza, but after a while they do the same again, so where is the point?

I just want that we are aware what we wish, because in the long run comes back duplicated and tripled. Don't be just greedy let's think about how to change the world in better way! But in this way, we need to always take out our selfish wishes. We need to always think about what is good for the community and in a long run.

- Andone3 you are right. Its 50% 50%. Half of the profit goes for buying new gold for Xaurum and the other half for building new villas.
- dtacken in the mean time part of Xaurum team (about 60 people) is still working on promotion of Xaurum and bringing new investors in.

There are alot of questions but devs will give explanation soon. Gamma is a supporting project for xaurum, devs are focused on xaurum project this is the main project, gamma is just a supporting project where all we can benefit, new investors and existing xaurum holders.
Dtacken im sure when you will understand what gamma is you will be more than happy and you will like devs vision of xaurum.

Yes, long term, Xaurum will benefit from many projects, but what about in the mean time? Will we be stuck at current market cap and price for another year as long as this villas are building?

As far as I understand ICO will fund the construction of villas. Xaurum is stand alone project which also benefits from Gamma project since half of the profit from Gamma is spent on buying gold. Therefore Gamma is just the add-on to Xaurum holders?

Dev please comment my understanding and mybe explain what Gamma brings to existing xaurum holders a little bit further. Thank you.

Does that mean that all funds are now going to Gamma project instead of increasing Xaurum gold reserves? What does that mean for existing Xaurum holders? Will there be no mint for 2 months or even more because ICO of Gamma project will be open?

1. So XGM token would be separate from XAUR?
2. What's the minimum amount to be raised and what if you'd fail to do this?
3. "Xaurum smart-street accepts only xaurum as payment for all services." - do you expect only XAUR holders to be clients or you expect to have fiat<->XAUR exchange running?  If 1st - how do you expect to make villas booked above profitability point?  If later - what regulatory risks do you expect?
4. Do you have financial behind this real estate project?  Mind sharing it with investors?

Names and faces can be seen on the bottom of the xaurumfoundation page. I have read the explanation of the gamma and it says that the project will help increase goldbase of xaurum. So no gold will be sold for gamma project. Xaurum will only benefit with this kind of projects. I also think they could communicate better with investors but I am sure that they will improve on that area in the future. Now you can take advantage of this situation and buy cheaper xaurums. Because when marketing or promotion and communication improves the price will increase substantialy. That is just my opinion...

There were some very interesting questions raised (especially by pythonium and sandll).
It would be nice if some of the developers would put the effort in answering them.

I like the Gamma idea if it's completely separate and doesn't leverage or borrow against the gold.  If the gold is used as any kind of financial backing for Gamma and not just added use then I'm out.  If you take real money ie gold with no counterparty risk and borrow against it ruins the whole safety of the gold.  Please have gamma be 100% separate so if it fails not a single gram of gold is in jeopardy.  Without this separation you will have killed Xaurum.

Honestly I can't help it but I have to say that the Gamma project is trash, you guys couldn't have done an explanation that is more confusing and badly written than that one. I am greatly disappointed, I'm tempted to sell my Xaur. However after reading it 3 times I kind of understand the concept, it sounds great however the problems with this are:
1. No transparency, you claim transparency but where are the dev names and their pictures?
2. How do we know the Auresco Institute even exists? Not trashing on Slovenia, but why Slovenia?
3. Why is the gold held in Istanbul?
4. Why is there no pictures of the gold reserves? How can we trust pieces of paper?
5. Why such bad marketing and incorrect grammar in everything the "Xaurum Team" writes?
6. How can people be assured that the "Xaurum Team" actually exists and it isn't just a single con-man pretending to be a group of people? Come on, have some real life interview videos or a video presentation in front of crypto enthusiasts! Do something to give this project substance! It's falling apart we are now 80 something in coinmarketcap!
7. The tide has changed in the crypto world, tons and tons of coins are now being made transparently, with actual Dev pictures and names on the website describing each of their roles, Xaurum used to look transparent but now the crypto scene has evolved to involve real companies and real groups of people, not anonymous users claiming to have full transparency when there is clearly no evidence of such thing. Either change or we are going to die off!!! Some of us love this concept but upon first opportunity we might invest into some other competitor just because they are more transparent!

if you are a stake holder then it's better to invite your friends or to promote Xaurum in your own little way,everyone who knows the good potrential of Xaurum should make it point to comment in this thread or post anything about xaurum in their social media accounts.
