The team needs to start increasing the community more actively. There aren't even 2,000 people in the telegram group 
They are working on it. With the official airdrop announcement lots of people joining already as we speak (2,4k now). If this kind of artificial attention is doing any good is another story, but it seems the way to go nowadays (even for good and legit projects like Chimaera) to get some attention at all with all the hyped crap ICO's ruling the market.

Andrew, Nick and Ayalies explained to exhibition attendees about the problems that Chimaera solves, and the new gaming genres and markets that it enables. Our booth was incredibly busy, and people often waited for several minutes to get a chance to talk to one of the team members. We received a lot of very good questions. Attendees found Human Mining and DAUs (decentralised autonomous universes) of particular interest, with their next questions most often either where they could purchase CHI or when they could get access to the SDK/API and developer tools.

Over the term of the private sale, we've been primarily working on organising everything for the pre- and main sale, as well as Chimaera Core mainnet. All our traffic this year in the run-up to the end of the private sale was organic, so we're pleased to see the private sale sell out.
Chimaera has received much praise, and with the setting of pre- and main sale dates, sentiment towards Chimaera has improved greatly.
Funding for the pre-sale is overwelmingly through our primary multi-sig address, with a small number of funds arriving through other channels.
Exact numbers will be announced in a few days once we've tallied everything. In the meantime, we estimate that about 15.3 million CHI were sold.
