Great.

Is your site software able to check what players I have in the off-line wallet once it is linked to my online account via a BTC address on a regular basis?

If so you could perhaps do the loan market on your site. Besides hopefully being easier, transactions would be fast and their would be no transaction fees.

A lessor could place an XFC security deposit on the online site and then be allowed to loan out players your software recognises that he has in his offline wallet.
Once a player is 'on loan' he can no longer use it for one of his own games during that period and if he moves the player from his offline wallet during the loan period hopefully your software can pick that up. In such an event the lessee could still be allowed to use that player for the duration of the loan period but the lessor will not get paid & he will lose his security deposit too.

Yes, that is how it works, we check the wallet even offline and we credit you in-game the players you have in the wallet so you can use them.

About how the lease will work we are still brainstorming but I am not sure that we can do it from the wallet as the wallet is linked to the specific account. It has to be an in-game lease market and we will have to have the card as a guarantee for the duration of the lease. Otherwise it means that we are generating fake cards in-game and that is not possible and would be against everything the game represents and we stand for.

Dev I have bitcoin in the wallet I want to withdraw but when I try to it's saying I need min of 0.01.. bitcoin that's like $20 what's happening??

It's an old Counterparty protocol problem, they keep a higher amount as reserve to adjust your tx-fee when you are sending out off the wallet, but when the transaction is complete, you'll see again in your balance the difference. As I read on Counterparty they are working right now to solve this problem and is on testnet now. Probably in the short time it'll be on mainnet, and we'll be able to withdraw very small amounts
https://counterparty.io/news/counterparty-development-update-20170518/

Dont quite understand so how do i withdraw my excess bitcoin?

Nope still not working?? Wat do I need to keep for fee I clicked max and it kept 0.0002 then tried 0.0005, neither worked

How can I take my excess bitcoin out of this?

It has been an update on counterparty and also on footballcoin wallet and apparently the reserve for taxes has been decreased.
Please try again to withdraw. I hope it works now.

Hi dev numerous posts on this and private mails but I can't get my bitcoin out...what do I need to do here??

The tx-fees is a bitcoin blockchain problem, I paid today in a Mycelium wallet about 5$ for high-priority transaction and it was confirmed after 3 hours. The miners fees in bitcoin are on highest level in history, so even if you are able to send small amount with small fees you'll wait months for confirmation...Check here and you'll see that you'll need +100k sat/transaction fees right now on bitcoin blockchain.

https://bitcoinfees.21.co/?fiatfails#fees

It's better to wait for smaller fees or segwit adoption  Smiley
If you are in hurry, go in your footballcoin.wallet (is a counterparty wallet you can try to login in counterwallet.io also) on the right side of your address is "Addrress Actions" - click there -"show private key" and copy your private key and import in any other bitcoin wallet where you think you can Withdraw dust right now...

Is there already or have you considered some sort of ‘on loan’ option/side market?

Example:

I as a speculator might buy Ronaldo now with the discount for 27k XFC or around $750 at current prices with the intention of hopefully selling him for a profit in the near future or possibly only in a future season.

Risk - There may not be a lot of players in the first XFC season willing to shell out thousands of dollars on player cards.

However there may be plenty of players willing to pay >$10 to have Ronaldo in their team on a specific week.

So at the end of the season I might have earned $300-400 loaning out Ronaldo (a 50% return) and be able to sell him for the same or more than I paid.

Meanwhile the average Joe, who might only want to spend $100 over a season will have had the thrill and ability of being able to have some of the best players in his team for games when he wanted them or needed them the most.

The loan market could end up having a considerable weekly turnover that you could earn commission on too.

Good you mentioned to loan Player Cards.
We were thinking about it and the fact that you are considering it too shows that we are not wrong.
It has to use smart contracts and we shall see if it will be on the ethereum or here after segwit adoption. It is a longer shot but it is on our list.

Hi,

I think somebody has hacked your platform and turned Wayne Rooney into a 5* player. Please can you look into this urgently and get him back to his deserved 1* rating.

haha but you still gotta give him credit for previous goals.

This could be a great idea if executed properly.

Maybe the same thing could work for stadiums. If I was going to buy a 500,000 XFC stadium then I would like an option for renting that stadium to other users so it could still create an income for me if there were times when I am not able to come online, or for people to use outside of my timezone.

If stadium owners can run contests on autopilot then my point isn't really valid.

Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Nice joke  Cheesy Even if he didn't play well last season he is a great player and a legend in my opinion. Maybe "The Special One" didn't gave him the best rol in the team Wink

I support man utd and am grateful to Rooney for all the goals and for carrying us through those first few seasons without Ronaldo. But I think Mourinho played it perfectly by picking him for all the games at the start of the season and letting Rooney himself prove that he isn't good enough at the top level anymore. His decline this season has been very quick and I almost feel sorry for him now.

In the context of FootballCoin, does anyone know what will happen to player cards such as Rooney who might transfer to the Chinese League? I've checked the FAQ but can't see anything.

Blockchain Just Entered The Real World
I think deposit money with swapbot and creating external wallet accounts got people confusing. That's why they get only 70 BTC investment til now. They should find an easier way to invest to this coin. For example directly deposit to account and buy coins. Not everybody tech savy, people want to invest but too lazy to learn all the process.

i think the team need to create a slack or telegram channel, because it's difficult to answer to all questions here.
Footballcoin already have a slack channel here: https://footballcoin.slack.com/
I'm a member since I am one of their community manager. I don't know if this is up in public because it needs an invite so you can join.
I think the channel is necessary to make it more easier to communicate.

Will XFC coin have their own exchange when launching later? Hopefully when there is exchange XFC high prices
I have waiting for weeks about this but until now it's still not been launched yet. yes I also hope that this coin will have a high price.

All the elements are all here, but we need a good number of exchange  to materialize all this,at least 3 or 4 exchange is good and they should maintain updating their platform and keep up with the marketing, everything is going to be ok for this project.

when i click market to try and buy players i see a message saying enter 12 word password or create new wallet?

should i click create new wallet?  then note down the 12 word password?

how long before the 70% discount finishes?

If you already have a Counterparty wallet that you are using, just put the 12 words password and you are in the FootballCoin wallet.
Then, once inside the wallet, select players and also just 5* players as they are the only one on sale now.

If you click on the right corner of the player card and select buy you will see the available quantity of the respective player and the price it is offered at.

Great the discount shows up now with each 5* Player, however for every purchase a minimum amount of BTC is required in my wallet:

"Insufficient BTC at address ***********************. (Need approximately 0.00098517 BTC.). You must have a small amount of BTC in this address to pay the Bitcoin miner fees. Please fund this address and try again."

So 0.00098517 BTC ~ $2 for every purchase.
