350,000 / 10 = 25,000 XMG maximum per withdrawal; and surely if the community think this is not safe, suggest me a number you think of we can go with.
MobyDick_Poloniex basically asked me to do withdrawal request and with a written requests as to the purpose of withdrawal. So you'll see what's been used in that request. Before that I'd roughly speak of what will be spent:
1) A major part is an amount of 112,505 XMG, which will be distributed to the PoM participants (

2) The second part is 165,390 XMG for swap (again there is details in the update section)
3) The remaining will be used for promotions, staff bounties (and yes we may have bounties for additional devs if any body is interested to that)
So you all can judge the validity of these spendings.
I'd mention, if you think we should burn more coins (from the remaining part), we can do that once we confirm the necessity.
