All, sorry this is just a mess, I stayed up the whole night went to sleep at 6:00 am, and forgot .. I'll need 1 hour to give updates
I would suggest you prepare everything, give update, give mining software and launch a bit later eg one hour after giving out everything.
Not just updating, giving out software and say OK guys coin launched start mining.
