Side note,
Just noticed that the number of blocks being found has dropped off by nearly 50% in the past week.
We usually get over a thousand blocks per day. But for the past week we've been getting 600 to 500 per day.

Picked up a couple of hundred XMG today when it dipped down to 930. (would have got it at 910 but was out an about. It took an age to buy/sell on my phone and missed the lowest point.)
So that's me happy for now... Cheesy

I missed out on sub 1k prices this time, the lowest I bought for was 1050 =)

right after the moment my new btc arrived at bittrex someone put the price up.
i hate this, now have to wait again, once i will buy xmg below 1000 sat.
and then it may rise to were it belongs.

I'll try a simple explanation. Potential buyers have enough taken at higher rates and don't want to risk even more.
Potential sellers simply doesn't want to get rid of Magi at such a low price. A kind of buy/sell stalemate. Think the explanation can be used for more coins, not only Magi.

Yep - its happening across the board - we need an alt breakout - when/if that happens the markets will likely surge again - always the case - just need to wait for the alt prices to get too tempting, and hope magi joins the surge when it happens, it has every other surge

I think I got ur trail of thought: u, like, see the carrot in the ground and try to pull it up but get chipolino nose instead of carrot. This is because u sit on coke and suffer hallucinations.

I didn't stop trading at all, I only spread myself a little thin - testing out some new features on my bot and ran out of liqudity on the buy end of the market, trading at 10% of normal order size - filling up my order books again
