life is simple!
I just got a reply from Minerclaim support. Despite the coins that i have mined previously have been confirmed which at least took 500 blocks to be confirmed and are unlikely from a wrong chain they have confiscated the coins. Please avoid using pools that are dishonest. There are a lot of pools of other pools out there.

To the guys from Minerclaim. Enjoy the coins.

as I written in my mail to you, please tell me the time you have mined this coins and which timezone you are. I will check our database against this.

We are really not interested in taking user coins and stay in contact to the Coin Magi dev nearly nonstop to report and fix issues as soon as possible.
In general for us it is not a worthwhile business running the pool. I think we have much more costs to our infrastructure which is not only one simple small server some people may think.

We are just normal humans who works 40 hours per week and do this in our free time.

In the last 19 hours we received 39 mails from users we all have answered.

However, I can understand your current situation.

We do not have to send you the time of mined coins, time zone, etc. just check your database since 08/11/2017 and paid the earnings the miners did (mi user is lhedwin, and mi email is [email protected]). The magi team do not have to pay for you. i send a email to youand your answer was "yes, we have a problem", but no solution.

Minerclaim has worked with me and helped a lot on resolving issues especially took extra time on this far more than what I can imagine. The mess is from the chain back and forth.

To all having loss in the incident from Minerclaim & elsewhere, pls make the claim to us as mentioned in https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.21044020.

I wont burden you Joe or any of the dev team for minor losses i suffered. I understand that minerclaim helped you through the incidents but when you asked for miners to jump in we did. Im mining several other coins as research for a blog and i would dedicate almost all my miners to this coin when you asked because i actually like this coin specially the XMG team. Good team and very friendly. Mining with uncertainty if we are indeed mining in the right chain or not potentially not getting any coin was acceptable to me. All this incident actually helped me learn more for the blog.

But when a pool suddenly resets your confirmed coins to 0 and just tells you sorry for the inconvenience, i dont think i can just keep silent. Not because i lost a few coins but because the community deserves more than just sorry for the inconvenience. Sure you did offer me too check the records after i replied to your email about sorry is not enough but how about the rest. You could keep the few coins I got but give the rest back to everyone else.

Dont worry about it because im not even gonna bother minerclaim again for them coins. not worth the trouble. I will just write the experience down and share it. I dont think there is anything wrong about sharing my experience with your service. Problems with coin magi just showed me how dedicated the coins magi team are and I praise them for it. Forgive me for thinking that a sorry for the inconvenience is enough when your coins are reset on a pool. Not after the Magi team offered their own coins to compensate all the users that lost some coins.

Coin of the Magi!
My linux wallet (for solomine only) suddenly stop sync.
A replace "connect=104.128.225.215" with "addnode=104.128.225.215" and when connections has become > 1 sync continued.
So connection to only one node to save chain is not working, therefore we will have new split very very soon.

Actually "connect" allows one to catch up the chain by syncing to a specific node. Once you're done that, you can remove connect lines.

6) The total fund for this will be supported by our Magi team. Personal i think its a very nice gesture!
Special thanks during this periode for Joe. Well done!
...

perfectly

can anyone support you in this?

Does this mean there won't be another fork soon?

I do not know, no one knows

I just wonted to donate some coins to support

sorry for my English

I would also donate a few coins - the hard work that Joe and 111 are putting in is very much appreciated, personally I think the dev team should be compensated a little for their efforts

Your coins are still likely unconfirmed. Check the rest of your wallet page and you should see.

Now that everything is fine its back to using pools.

Im glad Pom is back. From all that pool jumping i still prefer using POM. although i wish they would actually be more active. Lower difficulty and lower transfer fees is always welcome. And best of all i have not seen them cheat you out of coins yet.

My suggestion would be to update the core, bitcoin v0.10 solved the POW drifting problem; peercoin has also new fixes that make help.

It appears that pos and pow are both working again.

Also - Wallets can not have POS on while syncing, this can cause forks!!! Please hard code POS off in the wallet until synced.

I am 100% supporter of MAGI, I run a full node to support the network, currently have 53 connects.

Keep up the great work, you are one of few that are truly honest with the community.
Thanks for the information MilkandPie4U  =)

I didn't realise about the POS and forking, I was unlocking my wallet before the sync. I wont do this next time =)
