I feel like my stake weight isn't quite right. I've got ~2k XMG in my wallet, but weight is only ~300. Is that correct? Is there something else I need to be doing to stake properly? I keep my wallet open and unlocked 24/7...

amount is not important, they have to be consolidated, use coin control and send them to yourself again in portions of at least say 150-300, that amount will split in 3 to 1,5 days.
Ok thanks for the help. I'm assuming "coin control" is the name of this technique, and not some other tool.

You must create a worker on the pool. "worker" is not correct username, it is workername. You must use the key "-u" like this: -u username.workername
