.7z it was an extention for zip file like .zip or .rar
to extract .7z you need to install 7z on your coumputer.

Well you got 1/3 of my vote, i actually voted for them to be burnt , as i see that the fairest and most honest way , theres less coins , although saying i would love more XRA, i want it to spread not just the few , i know i got a few , I mined them , but for a currency to grow giving to the few doesnt do it , so if there burnt it makes less and with the Devs road map i believe this coin will go well !!
I still would be happy with the 50/50 as long as the development was for worthwhile projects that will benefit the coin and community , not things like faucets and dice games , thats so 2014!! lol

Yes and No.
It seem to me fair to reward the active user, not just the rich list.
Burn the extra would give a better vantage to who have more, even if inactive.
