You can also try Cryptopia. They have a half price promo for coins listed in Novaexchange that are finding a new home. I don't know if Shield can qualify for their promo. It wouldn't hurt to ask though.

Hey everyone,

We've got a lot of request to get added to this or that exchange and would like to tell you that we're talking to a few at the momen. We've sent an email to almost all exchange we could find(that support more than just BTC/FIAT pairs) but unfortunatly many didn't respond. We though it may have been a little premature and so we have decided to calm down a little for now. We are however talking to three `big` exchange and think we may have a real shot to get added. These are, gate.io, coinsmarkets and yobit. If you have more exchange where that we should try let us now! (Novaexchange is shutting down and cryotopia is charging a lot of money.)
