Would the Chinese government cracked down on ICO affect this exchange ICO? I think so?

Is there any transparency, any info on the team, any info how many people are participating in the pre-ico and how much has been invested etc? I can't find much info.
yeah never see any proof this coin build by the famous team said like ibm. apple...Ha, ha, ha, guys, do you still believe that this team exists?

So what it seems like, people are having problems with getting promised coins by referal links? I just thought about that it might be interesting, and then saw a lot of comments about that somethings wrong. thats not positive 
I do not know, I do not have any problems with the referral system, everything seems to be counted and the people go.
The problem can be as already answered by the official representatives in the fact that your referrals are spam-referenced, i.e. you use unethical marketing or attract the audience as something bad.

No, we don't and i don't think we'll ever know,

I just tried to login to see how many referrals I have gotten so far and it says my account does not exist. wtf?
MAke sure that you guys are referring people who hasn't been referred yet by others. Your account may be flag for fraud activities if they detect multiple signups from the same IP or device and get your account block.
I only had a few referrals and hadn't logged in in a while. Not sure why they closed/deleted my account.
Sent them an email a couple days ago and no response.

Yes. And I'm not the only one having this issue, there are even others on the previous pages. If ever that thing happens that is highly unlikely that they will register again.

same for me, an old friend reg via my link. he got 50coins but I received nothing 
I hope this get's fixed. I wondered why my referrals are not increased until a friend of mine signed up under me then I knew something is wrong.
