I believe that Yumerium did the right thing, that they transferred the ICO, since the end of spring-summer will be more successful for investing in crypto currency and, in particular, crowded-money projects

Yumerium's main operation is in the US there are also team members in Korea and the ICO is going to be happening under BVI(British virgin island)

This way, the project is not regulated any of Korean nor US law
