I think poloniex is very good , but i need wallet for windows FAST , its no good , im wait hour and hour for sync and open , really spend time to fix wallet windows , please , zcoin is VERY VERY GOOD .

There is a simple trick to get wallet opened instantly..
But nothing can be done for slow chain dl.

how instantly??  Roll Eyes

In 1-3 secs.
Im not sure why dev wont tell how.

Hahaha you're a sadistic clown.  Grin @everyone there is NO way to open the wallet in 3 seconds unless the great username_007 shows us how to do it.

any GPU miner for AMD card available now? what is the I7's cpu speed?

I get about .10 kh/s on an xeon 1231 v3 with dual channel memory with 3 cores/threads anything more than 3 gives no benefit

If you have a higher end i7 that supports quad channel memory you might get significantly better results

Xeon is the closest thing I have to an i7 so I hope that gives you a general idea.

Hopefully i7 owners will give input also, so far the community has been pretty tight lipped about sharing info

Whats up with some of those insane hash rates, are people going hog wild with the cloud mining or is a Gpu miner out?

No way people have that many pcs laying around so it has to be cloud mining or a GPU miner is out

Pretty annoying if its all cloud miners that have Hijacked this

the price should be close to ZEC since its so hard to mine, please stop dumping

That would make sense if it was hard to mine for everyone

Unfortunately some people are taking advantage of cloud mining credits both ethically and unethically to obtain a mining advantage

A small percentage is getting the majority of the mining rewards and dumping them on the market

This is just a temporary problem though as the dev team is working feverishly testing out a Nvidia and Amd Miner to offset cloud mining domination.

If the GPU solution is effective and is released in a timely manner, you should see things start to even off

until they release a miner itt will be mid february, and then in march comes the new algo Cheesy

Well as mentioned, I don't recommend using prebuilt binaries from strangers that aren't recognized by the Zcoin team. Not to say that they're malicious, but you just never know and there have been attempts in this thread before to spread questionable binaries (and they often come from the most vocal people who are against the coin).

The only binaries that should be trusted are those that come from our links and maybe @aizensou who is also a dev with us.

That is why I am using the miner from the link you provided. I did download the other miner that was posted, scanned it for malware/viruses (came up clean), but still didn't want to use it before knowing exactly what it was. Thanks again for the EXCELLENT support!   Wink

The link i gave you is ok, i just uploaded the miner for myself there, it's the optiminer version, i guess it's the same as zcoin posted Smiley

Is there a "pre-built" standalone CPU Miner for Windows users that doesn't require compiling so many files using 3 different command prompts to build? I would mine this coin if there was a Windows executable file I could download, quickly configure a .bat file, and start mining on suprnova's pool..

Yeah, it's linked in the Pool Mining Guide

https://github.com/zcoinofficial/zcoin/wiki/Pool-Mining-Guide

https://mega.nz/#!9g5ykDAA!5R3w1t4JJ_WCpDOYoerPWABjFbqm_qvXYX3KlOTvGyc

Don't use other links from third parties as I may not be able to verify the veracity of other miners or if they're safe to use.

You may want to give zcoin.miningpoolhub.com a try too.

cpuminer.exe -a lyra2rev2 -o stratum+tcp://xzc.suprnova.cc:5596 -u username.worker -p x -t 1

-t number of threads to use

Well those were 2 VERY fast replies - THANK YOU! Are there any differences between the 2 different miners you guys shared? I am already mining with the file from zcoinofficial!!
