its very hard to mine. any pool

Ocminer posted that he has a pool ready , but the problem is the miner , we need a miner in order to mine at pool.
Anyone has a miner willing to share?

I've already contacted a few people for building an optimized miner for this but got no feedback at all.

I've adjusted an old tromp miner to work with this coin but it's ultra slow and below 0.02 sol/s so it doesn't make much sense.

By looking at the diff there's most likely a optimized private miner available already but, of course, those folks seem unwilling to share Smiley

graphic cards with at least 8GB of RAM
Does this mean my 270x and 280x will be unable to mine this coin? Or just not efficiently? im interested but that would be quite the buy in limit if an 8GB GPU is required.
Right now there is I think only cpu mining. At least as I know.

Personally I like this coin because it can't be mined easily by big gpu farms from china or renters from nicehash , at least at start.

And there is needed a basic linux to be able to compile the wallet and mine at this moment.

Selling Optimized miner 220% increase on 8350 and nearly on intel i5 6600k

Dont sell your miner,  make an agreement with the devs!

im sure 1 or 2 have already optimized their own by now .... so i might get a small fee for providing someone want to mine early with some advantage

This project sounds extremly good and indeed can have a really great future like zcash, monero, zcoin, aso.
I ask dev to stay behind this project! Marketing (Facebook, Twitter, own Slack Channel,...) is everything!
All the best!

but 0 equihash solver runs, 0.0000 Sol/s
 Sad

Yes i have the same problem
Tried to run ./zcash-gtest, everything runs except this
[  FAILED  ] equihash_tests.check_optimised_solver_cancelled (3 ms)

i am using a xeon e5-2690v2

the same error, but a wallet and a miner working at the moment.
