And we can safely say: this is the most complex POW algorithm ever invented.

Maybe some. I don't see any drop. E3-1225 was doing 200Kh before - the same now.Interesting, well... there are pretty big differences in hash rate between different CPU models..
yeah mine has remain quite stable, didn't notice a significant drop in hashrate.

Please note that ACE LIGHT is currently running faster on test net than on main net:
Main net adds only 4 new ACE LIGHT INSTRUCTIONS each day,
while test net adds 8 each day,
The POW algo is exactly the same in both, just that the instructions grow quicker on testnet, which allows us to peek into the future and see how hashrate will develop as instructions grow.

Yes, that was the initial change from Burgerhash V5 to Burgerhash V6.
With each previous update we also saw a 10% drop on average.
Now with Burgerhash V6 (ACE LIGHT) we have changed a few things, for example each of the 2 Keccak functions now has full 4 rounds of 72 bytes.
And we have an additional filler padding, etc.
But the important thing is, with each ACE LIGHT INSTRUCTION that gets added each 6 hours, the resulting hash drop is practically immeasurable.

Burgerhash now already with 3 new ACE LIGHT instructions added since yesterday.
This will go on forever and add 4 new instructions each day, ad infinitum.
So in 1 year from now it will have added ca 1500 instructions.

How many time takes wallet to open when using bootstrap ?
EDIT : after 1 hour, it's finally opening and doing synchro for lasts 14 weeks

Depending on the data (amount of tx) that is in your wallet.dat it may take longer.
If you want to have a faster bootstrap operation you'll also have to start with a fresh wallet.dat
