So this coin launches in roughly just over 2 hours then? and will there be solomining available? Also where can I download the wallet and stuff 
Yes that is correct, the wallet is available above (windows) and source code available at launch. Password protected till launch.
Solo-mining will also be able to be done at launch too.
Please see the block reward, as blocks 1 - 100 are 1 ZIRK to enable a fair launch.

For anyone Having Syncing Issues;
1. Delete all the files in %appdata%\ZirkCoin apart from your wallet.dat
2. Restart Computer
3. Download bootstrap.dat
4. Put bootstrap.dat in %appdata%\ZirkCoin
Then try and open, and it should automatically sync to block 5380~
