What's the advantage of Zoin over another Zerocoin alternatives? ZCash, ZCon, Komodo, etc? Can some comparison be provided? I think Zoin has the best name of all of them which is good but what else?
Well what about that Zoin is like Zcoin Zeroprotocol, others mentioned are zcash protocol (that is different algo) . Zoin is only cpu minable, which makes it unique, there will be no gpu or asic. Anonymity is better than what zcashprotocol offers (which was by the way only artificial created to make devs rich, there was created hype and Zcash now lives from that. I would use less cpus
I think 30 cpus work exactly the same hashrate like 48 cpu

Can I use remaining 18 for minning different coin? I f so what option to miner I should add?
You can just try it.
I think you will not be able to tell the CPU Miner which CPU it is allowed to use.

just make a new .bat (solo any coin or any pool) and click to open a new instance or any miner that you want to use
how do you build a 48 core machine?
