Is EtherDelta open source? It seems like anytime there is shady crap going on they aren't. Luckily, Ethorse is!
I think they are, but it's not the code itself that is malicious from what I know.

Is that true? Not sure why anyone would use their private keys though.

Etherdelta is the single worst exchange out there, I’d give it a miss. I ve used it a few times when it’s the only option to buy a coin, every time is use it I hope it will be the last. The user interface is a mess and near impossible to use. Hope this helps.
