Why is my transaction ‘pending’?
If the status in Order History shows “pending”, your ETH/CMT contribution probably exceeded the limit or it’s received after the public sale completed.
No words about refound in this case. When will it come? And will there be anyway?
Rules about refound only for cases of violations:
What if I send over the personal cap?
Please DO NOT contribute over the limit. It will cause the failure of participation. Your ETH/CMT contribution will be returned with additional 20% PENALTY. It will be processed in 5 weeks after the token release.
Is there any rule for gas limit?
Every participant will has his/her one and only individual cold wallet address.
Gas maximum level:
ETH: Up to 60 gwei, 200K
CMT: Up to 60 gwei, 200K

It most likely means that you didn't make it. In their "Token Sale FAQ" they pretty much say that it's because you came too late. Now you will have to wait for a good month getting your funds back. Congrats.
