This is our TESTNET Chain. This is where we test software, before releasing it to the public.

Usually, projects have not only a "mainnet" but also a "testnet" and there is also an option to run a "regtest", a local chain for development purposes.

So miners with 51% of the hash are free to double spend are they.. So no plans for implementing protection against 51% attacks then.. Gotcha. That's all i needed to know.

You have no clue what you're talking about. A typical crypto fan: with a PhD from the University of Wikipedia.

You do not own the forum. This is not your discord. Like i said i tried both browser and discord methods. Anyway i'll let it go.

Butthurt much?  Grin

What i would like to know more about is the 51% attacks that have been going on with this coin and what you plan to do about it?

Nothing. There are no 51% attacks, because miners are free to do with their hardware whatever they want.

I have tried both methods these do not work.. says invalid invite every time.

You are able to join the discord directly if you have the link without going through a browser.

If you can't use a browser like all other members do then it's your problem. Do not spam this thread anymore!

None of these links work. I am not using browser but the Discord App itself. Can you please PM me on discord? tenz#2517

Well, you'll have to use your browser to get to the invitation then it'll open your Discord.
This is how we invite people.

I have never been able to get the discord to work.. Always invalid invite even when going via the discord.actinium.org?
Also disabled on CREX24. WHY.

Thanks for reporting it. Here a new invite: https://discord.gg/GPAc7NX (I will also update the discord.actinium.org-link)
Cre24 is currently updating their data, because our explorer wasn't available for a short while so they could not check the transactions properly.
But now everything is ok. It's just a normal maintenance phase. Will be over soon.

that invite is still invalid.

I made this invite to be indefinitely valid. Maybe try it in another browser. Maybe you have some script blockers running?
Anyway, here another invite: https://discord.gg/5xRppjz

This is how it looks like in my browser.

We have opened a small Store for Raspberry Pi-based nodes.

We support Actinium, Bitcoin and Bitcoin-based altcoins.

i have an Actinium Core v0.18.3.0-unk installed
i want to update my wallet

Current Release - v0.18.4.0 (Litecoin-based variant) & v0.19.0.0 (Bitcoin-based variant)

what version should i use?
v0.18.4.0 (Litecoin-based variant) or v0.19.0.0 (Bitcoin-based variant)?
what is that mean?

You can use either of them.

Litecoin-based variant is legacy software, we have stopped development on this branch, only security updates.
Bitcoin-based is the modern branch, with full development, all features.

But they are compatible to each other.
You are on the same blockchain, no matter what version you use.

A video on how to use our Lightning Network with spark-wallet.

https://youtu.be/L3LHDtT9Qg8
The video on Actinum Lightning Network guides is helpful.
I want to buy the coin, but can I buy it on Crypto Bridge, for now, and later days?

We are not on CryptoBridge, but you can buy our coin on the alternative dex called Bisq: https://bisq.network/

The other exchanges were TradeOgre, Crex24, and Bitfex.
