Thanks, but we don't need such kind of promotion. We use bitcointalk only to inform our users about technical development.
Of course, our members can create those banners individually and in fact some of them have already done it.
But in general the Actinium Project never buys any external services (banners, youtube promotions, or twitter).

I saw some guys worn signature of Actinium, but the OP only presents information on Discord Invite bounty.Are there open and joinable signature one for supporters?

We don't have explicit signatures on bitcointalk and the Discord Invite Bounty is no longer active.
But there are other ways to get bounties, like building own ACM Lightning Nodes (check #lightning-users channel in our Discord for more info).

We always declare versions as mandatory when they are. However, one should always keep wallets up to date.
Only if you are operating a mining pool you can decide differently. But as a user you should keep it updated.
